Red Duck Inc. was founded in 2005 by Korean game developer Seungtaek Oh. The company released its first MMOFPS game in 2007 titled Alliance of Valiant Arms, or A.V.A. The game received the Game of the Year award in Korea that same year and started to gain global popularity following its worldwide release in 2009.  Red Duck expanded in 2011 along with the release of their second game, Metro Conflict, which was initially released in Korea and, shortly after, in China with a release planned for North America in the near future. Red Duck currently has 160 employees committed to achieving the company's goal of creating a unique and sophisticated gaming experience that will captivate and inspire players around the world. 90% of the company's employees are made up of talented game developers who are also committed to meeting the company's goals.
