Lord of the Rings Online introduces more changes to the Minstrel class as testing continues for the upcoming adjustments to the musically-inclined support class. The first batch of changes were rolled out on the test server at the end of August and included the removal of the Protector of Song specialization along with a complete revamp of the Call to Greatness trait line and various adjustments to yellow trait costs.

The latest test server build introduces another round of tweaks to the Minstrel class, with a particular focus on Anthems and Ballads. Anthems can now be used only during combat and have had their effect durations reduced by half in favor of faster casting and activation. Ballads have also been converted to fast skills and the reduced power cost buff that they applied has now been replaced with incoming healing. Perfect Ballad also now heals for a small amount in Melody Stance, Minor Ballad now does slightly more damage in Dissonance Stance, and the Resonant Ballads trait now causes all Ballads to reduce the cooldown duration of Cry of the Chorus.

For PvM fans, monster classes have been buffed across the board in addition to the buffs that it already received in the previous test build. New cosmetics for this year’s Fall Festival is also up for testing if you want to check them out before their release.

The latest Bullroarer release notes can be found on the Lord of the Rings official forums.
