Emil Chronicles Online is a free to play anime inspired MMORPG developed by Gravity (Warpportal). The game originally launched in Japan back in 2005, and was later licensed for launch in China by The9 and later South East Asia through RunUp. Despite the game never launching officially in the West, the South East Asian servers didn't have any IP blocks and were in English, so Western players flocked to those servers, before the game eventually shut down. The Emil Chronicles Online soundtrack was composed by the composer group ACE, the same ACE that worked on Xenoblade Chronicles and Code of Princess. GungHo Online Entertainment's own internal band G-Shine also produced music for the game. G-Shine worked on some of the music in Ragnarok Online too. Other composers involved in the Emil Chronciles Online soundtrack include Tomori Kudo, CHiCO, Kenji Hiramatsu, and Greenwich Fields. The Soundcloud embed features all of the BGMs, tracks, and music from the Emil Chronicles Online Soundtrack. The game is no longer officially serviced anywhere in the world, but there are numerous private servers still running.
