Zoids: Field Of Rebellion Is A Mobile MOBA Launching This Winter

It's been a while since we've heard anything about the Zoids franchise, hasn't it? While it may not be exactly what you expected, Takara Tomy announced earlier this week that it is making a mobile MOBA called "Zoids: Field of Rebellion" based on the long-running franchise. Not much is known about the game at this time, other than the fact that it will be a two-team head-to-head MOBA in which both teams try to destroy the other's base, offering a selection of different Zoids for players to choose from.

Field of Rebellion is scheduled to be released sometime "this winter" on Android and iOS. You can sign up for the upcoming Android-exclusive Closed Beta on the official website from now until November 6th. Pre-registration is also available, offering increasing amounts of in-game currency based on how many people pre-register.

At launch, the game will be available exclusively in Japan. A Western release has yet to be announced.
