Meadow Now Lets You Play As A Fox And Set A Home Location

Might and Delight's charming, textless animal MMORPG Meadow received a new update today that added a new animal: the Fox. The Fox comes with its own set of emotes, skins, and achievements.

A new Home feature allows players to set a Home location that they can warp to for 5000 essence. Should you want to walk there, your Home location will always be shown on the radar.

The update also adds two new emotes for each animal, the ability to choose your animal's voice independently of the skin you are using, albeit voices will still be unlocked alongside the corresponding skin, and more. You can find the full set of patch notes here.

Skyforge is making sure the fire and brimstone never stops burning in their latest update, War is Eternal. In an effort to keep the battlefield alive, Pantheon Wars returns for its second season. Fight for your pantheon in large scale battles in both PvE and PvP scenarios; events take place every 2 weeks.

Bosses in Squad Adventures—in some adventures—have been weakened, along with some enemy groupings.

The War is Eternal update marks the beginning of The Reaper of Death Invasion (are their reapers for other attributes, e.g. reaper of farming?). That means the map is marked with new adventures, and players will scour the world for equipment to stave off the invading forces.

The Elder Scrolls Online Gets Its First "Season" Of Crown Crates Tomorrow

Having been thoroughly tested, The Elder Scrolls Online's controversial Crown Crates will be introduced to its live servers tomorrow. Crown Crates will be available for 400 Crowns a piece—or four for 1500 Crowns or 15 for 5000 Crowns—and will each provide four items, with a slim chance that you will get a fifth item. Items that you already own will automatically be converted into Crown Gems that can be used to buy items from the current "Season" directly. You can also choose to convert any "utility-type items" obtained from Crown Crates into Crown Gems.

And yes, you did read that right; Crown Crates will be broken into Seasons, each of which will feature collectible items of a different theme. The theme for the first Season is "Storm Atronach" and, as such, it contains collectible items like Storm Atronach mounts, the Storm Atronach Aura, and the Storm Orb Juggle emote.

Blade and Soul's next update, Ruins of Khadar launches on December 7th, expanding the narrative, adding new legendaries and a new dungeon.

This sweeping new multi-chaptered questline will send you to investigate the bizarre happenings plaguing the town of Sandstone Refuge—sounds of weeping, black feathers falling from the sky, and a foreboding presence. Assisting the town’s citizens sets you off on a grand adventure across the world where you'll reunite with Dokdan the Wise and unravel a dire mystery on the ancient Naryu island of Khanda Vihar.

The update adds a number of new legendary accessories to deck yourself with, which will be expanded upon in a near-future article.

But the big news is the new dungeon, Naryu Foundry, patrolled by the lumbering beast pictured above. The Foundry is a factory carved into a mountain and filled with automatons. Players will band together in teams of four or six, and fight their way through the abandoned workshop.

Find Christmas trees hidden throughout three of the major cities in the game. Attack it until it drops the items you need to complete this event. When you return the items to Lan Fenghuang, she will reward you with an item needed to make your very own temporary snowman.

Santa’s Gift Event (December 22 – 25)

Star Wars: The Old Republic's latest major expansion, Knights of the Eternal Throne, went live yesterday for everyone that maintained an active subscription from October 25th to November 27th. The expansion is free to all subscribers, but the aforementioned users get a 3-day head start on the rest of the playerbase.

The story of Knights of the Eternal Throne is as follows.

As commander of the Alliance, you – known across the galaxy as The Outlander – have fought many battles. But your greatest fight yet lies ahead, as the new Empress of the Eternal Empire musters her vast army for war against you and your allies. Together with your loyal friends, you will risk everything in an all-out battle for the throne, and a chance to rule the galaxy in the name of the Republic or Empire!

Everyone that didn't maintain an active subscription during the required timeframe will be able to play the expansion on December 2nd. New players will even be able to jump straight into the new storyline with a free boost to level 65.

TERA's Major Update, Fang And Feather, Is Live

TERA's major-big-time update, Fang and Feather, has gone live on the servers, revamping the archer, adding a new dungeon, resurrecting Dreamstorm, and more. So what exactly does the update include?

The Archer has been "Reloaded!" giving the class a new arsenal of skills to dish out, and altering old skills, such as doubling the damage of Thunderbolt.

Fang and Feather adds TERA's biggest dungeon yet, a 30 player raid called Harrowhold:

Somewhere between the world of mortals and the realm of the gods lies the celestial gatehouse known as Harrowhold and it has fallen under attack by the most powerful dragon in existence: Vergos, the Dragonsire.

The nice people over at En Masse have put together a guide to prepare players before they enter the big dog dungeon.

Then we've got the return of Dreamstorm: a world event tasking players with defending generators against waves of mobs for 10 minutes. The event is on a schedule so you better mark it down on your calendar if you want to participate.

Lastly, Guilds can now pummel in each other's faces for gloat and glory once again. Declare war on any guild that glances at you funny.

The Life Is Feudal MMO Enters Closed Beta On December 14th

After years of waiting and the release of a smaller scale version of the game, the Life Is Feudal MMO is finally beginning to seem like more of a reality. Developer BitBox announced today that the first Closed Beta test for the sandbox MMORPG will begin on December 14th.

For those that don't know, the Life Is Feudal MMO is intended to be the full-fledged, slightly more MMO-like version of Life Is Feudal: Your Own. The game will feature a more robust guild system, guild and personal claims, guild wars, sieges, and more that the survival game does not currently have. It will also take place in a single persistent world—on a per-region basis—whereas Life Is Feudal: Your Own relies on player-hosted servers.

There are currently two ways to get access to the Closed Beta. You can either sign up to receive a key on the official website, which will automatically enter you into a raffle for a chance at being one of 1000 people that receive "full access" to the game for free, or you can pre-order the game. There are three pre-order packs available, the cheapest of which is $40 until January 15th. The contents of each pack are as follows.
