Asker Online Is Shutting Down on March 22
Yet another overseas title bites the dust as Neowiz’ dungeon-crawler action MMO, Asker Online: The Light Swallowers, closes its doors on March 22nd, only a few months since its Korean Open Beta release in Korea in August 2015. The Open Beta release also came with an anime-style trailer produced by the well-known Japanese animation studio, Gainax, although not much has been heard from the game since then.
Asker Online was once thought to be one of the few games that could compete against Nexon’s Mabinogi Heroes and Vindictus, as reported by MMOCulture. Unfortunately, Neowiz has thrown in the towel way before this could happen, which only shows that not even a kick-ass anime-style trailer (which you can watch below) can save a game from an untimely demise.
